Zakariya Zakari Muhammadu is an accomplished Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert and development advisor with over 30 years of experience in public policy, governance, education, health, and institutional reform. As founder and CEO of MNI Analysis Partners, he leads a team providing data-driven solutions, impact assessments, and capacity building across Nigeria and West Africa.

He has worked with major partners like the World Bank, UNICEF, USAID, FCDO, GIZ, and the African Union to design, evaluate, and expand high-impact programs. His key contributions include establishing M&E systems in over 20 Nigerian states, advising on education and gender inclusion policies, managing large-scale research and surveys, introducing innovative ICT tools for data collection, and training hundreds of stakeholders.

Zakariya is also a thought leader and mentor, actively promoting evidence-based decision-making and nurturing the next generation of evaluators.
